This is a meeting open to the public. Members of the public are welcome to attend and may speak during the public participation item.
1. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies for absence.
2. Declarations of interest
To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests and other interests from councillors on matters to be considered at the meeting.
3. Minutes of the previous meeting
To approve the minutes of the ordinary meeting held on 10 October 2024 as a correct record.
4. Public participation
A period of up to 15 minutes for members of the public to ask questions or raise matters of concern. Individual speakers are limited to 3 minutes.
5. Planning applications
To consider the following planning applications:
a) 24/01234/FUL – 12 Church Lane – Erection of single-storey rear extension
b) 24/01456/TCA – The Old Rectory – Works to trees in conservation area: fell 1 ash (dead), reduce 1 oak by 2m

7. Highways and footpaths
To receive an update on:
• Pothole repairs on Mill Road
• Footpath 12 – stile replacement
• Request for dropped kerb at village hall
8. Village hall car park
To consider the quotation received for resurfacing the car park and agree next steps.
9. Budget 2025/26
To begin consideration of the budget and precept for 2025/26. Councillors are asked to bring suggestions for projects and spending priorities.
10. Correspondence
To note correspondence received:
• District Council – consultation on Local Plan review
• Resident – request for bench near play area
11. Items for future meetings
To note any items councillors wish to add to the agenda of a future meeting.
