ClerkPages is run by Sidekick Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08897147). Our registered office is Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, England, IP28 7DE. We are the data controller for the information described here.

The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we will store your email address, the council name and role you give us, and any optional answers. We use them only to tell you when ClerkPages is ready to try, and to understand what councils need. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We will not sell or share your details. We will delete waitlist details within 12 months of launch if you have not become a customer, or sooner if you ask.
Where your information is stored
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our data processor. Waitlist details are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in Vercel’s London (UK) region. Vercel also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Vercel is a US company and may process some data outside the UK under its own terms; see Vercel’s privacy policy.
The statement generator
The accessibility statement generator runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are saved only in your browser’s local storage on your device, so you can come back to them. We do not receive them. You can delete them with the “Clear all answers” button.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@sidekickdigital.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
